Directions Farm-to-Market Road 2458 is located on State Highway 84, approximately 30 miles northwest of Snyder, and 15 miles southeast of Post Turn east onto FM 2458 for approximately 2.5 miles. FM 2458 turns north at this point, continue east on FM 3519 for another 3.0 miles approximately.
